波蘭共和國穆斯林宗教聯(lián)盟（Muslim Religious union     in the Republic of Poland，簡稱MRU）成立了伊瑪目理事會(huì)，專門被授權(quán)頒發(fā)清真證書，也是波蘭國內(nèi)唯一的一個(gè)認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)，所頒發(fā)的清真證書已經(jīng)被所有穆斯林和阿拉伯國家認(rèn)可，且歐盟和其他地區(qū)的穆斯林社區(qū)也接受。

自1925年以來，波蘭共和國穆斯林宗教聯(lián)盟一直處于運(yùn)作過程中，基于1936年的章程，該聯(lián)盟逐步被波蘭政府所認(rèn)可，是一個(gè)與波蘭及國際所有世俗和宗教當(dāng)局無關(guān)的穆斯林聯(lián)盟。

穆斯林社區(qū)分布在世界各大洲，其數(shù)量是非常之多。除穆斯林和阿拉伯國家外，已有超過4千萬的穆斯林生活在歐洲各國，如英國、法國、比利時(shí)、荷蘭、德國、意大利和奧地利。

西方市場(chǎng)中的波蘭肉類和其他產(chǎn)品深受世界各國的極大興趣，特別是中東和亞洲一些穆斯林國家，但他們要求其產(chǎn)品必須在獲得清真證書的情況下，才可以采購。其原因是穆斯林消費(fèi)的肉類和其他產(chǎn)品的配制過程必須符合伊斯蘭的飲食規(guī)則。

清真——伊斯蘭法的合法性（即許可、允許，倡導(dǎo)良好的消費(fèi)）。

清真證書是一個(gè)文件，證明該屠宰是按照伊斯蘭方式進(jìn)行。

清真認(rèn)證是一個(gè)文件，陳述了某工廠或屠宰場(chǎng)符合所有條件以便實(shí)現(xiàn)清真屠宰，

獲取清真認(rèn)證的條件（就以肉類認(rèn)證為例）

——必不可少的工作是進(jìn)行屠宰場(chǎng)或肉類工廠的檢查，搜查動(dòng)物屠宰所要達(dá)到要求的各個(gè)條件。

——當(dāng)所有條件符合要求，檢查結(jié)束之后，頒發(fā)一個(gè)證書以便證實(shí)該工廠達(dá)到了伊斯蘭方式屠宰的要求。

——該認(rèn)證是由穆斯林宗教聯(lián)盟-伊瑪目理事會(huì)頒發(fā)。

——該認(rèn)證是兩套正本，使用三種語言。（波蘭語、英語和阿拉伯語）。

——檢查是由穆斯林宗教聯(lián)盟委員會(huì)的負(fù)責(zé)人或其代表執(zhí)行。

Rules of Halaal slaughtering
- The animal at the time of slauthering must be turned with the head towards Mecca (south-east) the direction to which the Muslims orientate themselves during their prayer.
- While slauthering (cutting the throat), the following words must be said: BISMILLAHI ARRAHMANI ARRAHIM and ALLAH AKBAR
- The slauthering is carried out and controlled by a Muslim
- The animal must be alive before butchering (to give signs of life)
- Tools used to slauthering must be sharp (knife, scythe, etc)
- The animal must be butchered with a single deep swift cut
- The blood of the slaughtering animal must flow maximally

Before slaughtering it is necessary to lead an inspection in a given meat factory, because of the different kinds of technology of the slaughtering machines and not every kind of them is able to satisfy the conditions of obeying the rules Halaal.

There is a possibility of slaughtering with the help of a special cage that must be fit to the south-east direction, but this only helps slaughtering, however the slaughtering is realized by a Muslim.
